Warm Breakfast Porridge with Berries & Yoghurt

Ingredients: 

  • 70 grams of Oats
  • 100 grams of Mixed Berries
  • 40 Grams of Greek Yoghurt
  • A dash of Cinnamon powder

Instructions:

  1. Place 70 grams of oats in a bowl with 1 cup of milk or water. Microwaves the oats for 2 minutes, then stir and mix until it becomes rich and creamy
  2. Sprinkle 100 grams of mixed berries (fresh or frozen).
  3. Mix it with 40 grams of Greek yoghurt.
  4. Add a sprinkle of Cinnamon powder.
  5. Enjoy this tasty nutritional breakfast!
