Warm Breakfast Porridge with Berries & Yoghurt
- 70 grams of Oats
- 100 grams of Mixed Berries
- 40 Grams of Greek Yoghurt
- A dash of Cinnamon powder
- Place 70 grams of oats in a bowl with 1 cup of milk or water. Microwaves the oats for 2 minutes, then stir and mix until it becomes rich and creamy
- Sprinkle 100 grams of mixed berries (fresh or frozen).
- Mix it with 40 grams of Greek yoghurt.
- Add a sprinkle of Cinnamon powder.
