What is involved?

A Yoga class for all levels. You will move your body on the mat to experience flowing and dynamic postures with a focus on breath control, strength, balance and flexibility to condition your body and your mind. Our Yoga teachers are experienced in various styles including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Props such as blocks, straps and blankets may be used in some classes.

Why will I benefit?

The benefits of Yoga are too extensive to list here, but range from increased strength and flexibility, to improved mood and circulation, reduced pain, better sleep and immune function.

What do I need?

Towel and water bottle. Mats are provided but your own mat is optional.
