What is involved?

Improve flexibility and energy flow in this passive class which focuses on the fascia and connective tissue in long-held postures, stimulating the body meridians and preparing you for restoration.

Why will I benefit?

The benefits of Yoga are too extensive to list here, but range from increased strength and flexibility, to improved mood and circulation, reduced pain, better sleep, and immune function.

What do I need?

Towel and water bottle. Mats are provided but your own mat is optional.
