Tai Chi is inspired by Chinese martial art  and focuses on integration of mind and body. It helps lower stress and anxiety levels and increase energy.

Tai Chi benefits include:

  • Lengthen muscles & strengthening joints
  • Improve balance and flexibility
  • Calms and clears the mind
  • Coordination

Class is open to all fitness levels and ages.

Must attend C-Life reception prior to class to receive a token. Classes will be conducted on the front lawn.

Seniors visit pass available.
