No two classes are the same. C-Life’s own version of CrossFit, this class will take you through a high-intensity workout that challenges you through varied time bands and exercise drills. Be prepared to feel the burn through weightlifting, kettlebells, plyometrics, bodyweight and aerobic exercises.
Challenge all domains of fitness – strength, stamina, power, coordination, agility and flexibility.
