Pilates is an exercise method for everyone. The core concept of Pilates is strengthening of the “Powerhouse” — the central muscle groups of the abdomen, back, and pelvis. Instructed by a qualified Pilates Mat-work instructor.

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch with strength. It improves flexibility, builds strength, develops control and endurance to balance the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Towel and drink bottle. Mats are provided but your own mat is optional.
