What is involved?

Traditional mat work exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, focusing on body conditioning and postural alignment for a strong core and stabilising muscles.

Why will I benefit?

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch with strength. It improves flexibility, builds strength, develops control and endurance to balance the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

What do I need?

Towel and drink bottle. Mats are provided but your own mat is optional.
