An intense fitness class utilising a variety of techniques and equipment involving sports drills, team games, circuits and much more, if you like a hard-core old fashioned workout, this one is for you!

Why will I benefit?

H.I.T aims to improve endurance, agility and fitness. Science has shown that high intensity interval training composed of maximal intensity short bursts of effort followed by a rest is the most effective way to improve a wide range of fitness components.

What do I need?
