Experience: Since 2012 (previously a teacher)
Training Specialties: Group Fitness, Nutrition Advice, Metabolic Conditioning Training, Circuit Training, Weight Loss, Muscle Gain.
- Monday - 8am - 12pm
- Tuesday - 8am - 12pm
- Wednesday - 8am - 12pm or 4pm - 8pm
- Thursday - 8am - 12pm
- Friday - 2pm - 6pm
- Saturday - 8am - 12pm
