What is involved?

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! Why will I benefit?

This full-body barbell workout will burn calories, shape, and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. This program is based on THE REP EFFECT, a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light weights, while performing high repetitions – this is the secret to developing lean, athletic muscle.

Men: Do traditional weights to get strong, do BODYPUMP® to get ripped! Instead of running on a treadmill for cardio you can boost your heart rate in BODYPUMP® by doing lighter weights and higher reps.
Women: The fastest way for you to lose weight and tone up is by incorporating full body weights to your routine. You can start off light, focusing on technique, then build up your strength as you go. The best part is, by increasing your lean muscle mass you will increase your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) meaning you will burn more calories on the days you DON’T train.

What do I need?

Towel and drink bottle. Weight gloves optional.
